Scott Perry is a Vice President of Sentinel Capital Partners, which he joined in 2004 as an Associate. Previously, he spent two years in Wachovia Securities' Analyst Program, where he worked on M&A transactions with middle market private equity firms. Mr. Perry holds a BS in Finance and Accounting from the University of Virginia, McIntire School of Commerce cum laude.

Mr. Perry currently is a director of Chase Doors, Engineering Controls International, LTI Flexible Products, and Vintage Parts.
