James Coady, Senior Advisory Partner, joined Sentinel in 1998 and has been involved in dozens of transactions across Sentinel’s four industry sectors. Before Sentinel, Jim was an Associate at First Chicago Equity Capital, the private equity division of First Chicago NBD, which specialized in midmarket companies. Previously, he was an Analyst at Alex. Brown & Sons. Jim holds an MBA from Northwestern University’s J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Business and an AB from Harvard University, where he was a member of the Crimson’s NCAA Championship hockey team.

Jim continues to serve on Sentinel’s investment committee.
