James Fitzgerald joined Sentinel in 2026 as Controller, General Partner. Previously, he was a Principal at Blue Owl Capital and controller of their carried interest profit-sharing plans. Before Blue Owl, James spent nine years at Blackstone, most recently as a Vice President, and earlier in his career held positions at CION Investment Group and Deloitte & Touche. He holds a B.S. in accounting from Rutgers University and is a CPA.
