Tim Penna

Timothy Penna joined Sentinel in 2026 as an AI Operating Partner, focused on driving value creation through the deployment of AI, data, and digital capabilities across the portfolio. His extensive experience leading operational improvement through technology has included roles at Cerberus Capital Management, where he was a Senior Vice President in the Cerberus Technology Solutions group; JPMorgan Chase, where he was an Executive Director; and GroundLink, a private equity–backed platform where he led operations. Previously, Tim was a consultant at Bain & Company. He earned a BA in political science and an MBA, both from Yale University, where he captained the varsity football team.
